Subaru Forester: Front seats / Angle adjustment

The angle of the head restraint can be
adjusted in several steps. While maintaining
a suitable driving posture, adjust the
head restraint to a position where the back
of your head is as close to the head
restraint as possible.
To tilt:
Tilt the head restraint by hand to the
preferred position. A click will sound when
the head restraint is locked.
To return:
Tilt the head restraint as far forward as it
can go. The head restraint will automatically
return to the fully upright position.
Then, adjust the head restraint to the
preferred angle.
Head restraints are installed in all secondrow
seats and can be adjusted as described
below...
Other information:
Select “Repeat facial scan” from the
2nd menu in the settings screen. Refer to
“Setting screen”.
Select “Yes” to start the repeat facial
scan. Select “No” to return to the previous
screen.
While seated in the driver’s seat, face
straight forward and wait for a few moments...
The temperature grades are A (the
highest), B, and C, representing the
tire’s resistance to the generation of
heat and its ability to dissipate heat
when tested under controlled conditions
on a specified indoor laboratory
test wheel.
Sustained high temperature can
cause the material of the tire to
degenerate and reduce tire life, and
excessive temperature can lead to
sudden tire failure...
